Built for Irish practices

The compliance platform that actually knows Irish rules.

ROS, CRO, RBO and PAYE Modernisation as first-class citizens, not a bolt-on. One login, one data model, a practice floor built around the filing calendar, and AI review that shows you the ledger row it checked instead of asking you to trust a score.

Proven on our own group's filings first, then with design-partner practices in Kildare.

The problem

Your platform shouldn't be the reason filing week is hard.

Most Irish practices run compliance across tools that were never built for Irish compliance. Separate systems mean re-entering the same client six times under six logins. Renewal terms arrive rather than get agreed. And "AI" usually means a black-box risk score with no way to check the entry underneath.

None of that is a rules problem. It's a product problem.

01

One login, one data model.

Designed as one product, not assembled from six. A job, a deadline, a document and a client are the same record wherever you meet them.

02

Evidence, not a score.

Every AI finding points to the actual synced ledger row, with the rule that fired and a reason you can act on.

03

One published price card.

Shared in full before you commit. No calculator, no case-by-case quote, no renewal surprises.

What's in the box

Everything a practice needs. None of what it doesn't.

Compliance is the wedge, not the whole product. The practice floor around it runs on the same data model, so nothing has to be reconciled between systems at month end.

The compliance grid

The screen a practice leaves open all day. Every client, every obligation, every status, by client or by deadline, with keyboard navigation for the people who live in it.

Filing calendar

Due dates come from the Irish rulebook, not from someone typing them in. Bi-monthly VAT, annual returns, CT deadlines and payroll submissions land the moment a company is added.

AI review queue

Every finding cites the ledger rows behind it and carries a confidence band. Dismiss with a one-click reason code that trains the model. Low-confidence findings are shown, not hidden.

Entity registry

Every client company in one registry with its obligations, capability status and compliance tier attached. Watch it, move it to Comply, move it to File.

Capability, honestly stated

Filing capability is shown per obligation. If a filing can't be submitted programmatically yet, the product says so instead of showing a button that fails at the worst moment.

Engagement templates

A VAT return job arrives with its stages and checklist already attached, because the rulebook says so. Time is captured against the job as you go.

Document intake

Drop in what the client sends. Rathlow classifies it, matches it to the company and the obligation, and asks when it isn't sure, in the same confidence language as the review queue.

Client workspace

The client at a glance on one screen: status, contacts, services, open obligations, last contact, agent-link status. People, companies and their returns are linked once, so the record is short and the relationships are right.

Accounts production

From a trial balance to draft FRS 105 accounts, prepared for a reviewer's sign-off, with every figure traceable to its trial-balance line. In development, cohort first.

How we work

We run on it before we sell it.

Rathlow's first live workload is our own. Dunlow, our sister practice, runs the group's VAT, corporation tax and CRO compliance through Rathlow, and design-partner practices in Kildare run their real workload on it before anything ships to the wider market. Real filing deadlines and real regulator quirks, fixed before launch.

We know what that raises for the firms we serve: does the software company compete with its own customers? The practice charter is our answer, in writing, before anyone has to ask.

01

Practices only.

Rathlow sells to accounting and bookkeeping practices only. We do not sell direct to businesses, ever.

02

Your data never feeds our practice.

Dunlow receives no leads, referrals, client lists, benchmarking or intelligence of any kind from the platform.

03

Dunlow stays in its lane.

It serves our own group's companies and does not take clients from the market Rathlow serves.

See Rathlow on your own VAT3 workflow.

Fifteen minutes, no slideware. We walk your filing through the platform live, on sample data or your own.
